Marijuana Meetups in Legalized States

Marijuana Meetups in Legalized States

These are exciting times for marijuana, particularly in the states that have legalized recreational marijuana within their borders: Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington (as well as the District of Columbia, but there is currently no provision to set up a system for legal sales).

These four states are trailblazers attempting to organize and maintain a regulated recreational marijuana industry, something that has not been done before in the United States.

There is ample opportunity to make your mark on the recreational cannabis industry in these states, but how can entrepreneurs, community members, innovators, and cannabis enthusiasts take a more active role?

In all four states that have legalized recreational marijuana, there are regular meetings and networking events for those who want to learn more, get involved, and help shape the legalized recreational marijuana industry, as well as medical marijuana legislation there. Here are some such meetups in each state. Got one you’d like to add? Let us know in the comments.
